Mobile web app for the whole flow: enquiry, quote with online acceptance, order, tasks and invoice with a QR payment slip.
Click&Smile wanted to manage enquiries, quotes, orders and invoices in one place, including on the phone while on the road.
Enquiries from the website wizard arrive directly in the back office. They turn into quotes that customers accept online, orders with tasks and calendar entries, and invoices with a QR payment slip. The back office can be installed on an iPhone and sends push notifications. The application is not publicly accessible.
