Web application for scheduling and resource planning: a live overview of staff, jobs and absences.
Scheduling used to run on scattered Excel sheets, which was error-prone and hard to keep up to date. A central, multi-user solution was needed.
The internal web app shows staff, jobs and absences in a calendar view spanning several weeks. Assignments are made by drag and drop, and changes are immediately visible to everyone. The application runs internally and is not publicly accessible.
